A: Each license for “Batteries for Mac” can be used on 3 computers.

  • Q: Why can't I see my iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch in the Batteries widget?

A: Make sure that Wi-Fi sync is enabled in iTunes (macOS Mojave) or “Show this device when on Wi-Fi” in Finder (macOS Catalina and later), and that your devices are on the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

  • Q: Why can't I see my iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch in my iTunes/Finder sidebar?

A: In this case, you'll need to plug your device in first, then enable Wi-Fi sync.

  • Q: Why am I not seeing low battery notifications?
