Q: Why is the Batteries widget empty?
A: Make sure that you've unarchived the app using the system unarchiver (Archive Utility) and that the app is running from the Applications folder.
Q: Can I see my Apple Watch battery level?
A: Since the Apple Watch can't pair with your Mac, unfortunately that's not possible.
Q: How many “Batteries for Mac” activations can I do per license?
A: Each license for “Batteries for Mac” can be used on 3 computers.
Q: Why can't I see my iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch in the Batteries widget?
A: Make sure that Wi-Fi sync is enabled in iTunes (macOS Mojave) or “Show this device when on Wi-Fi” in Finder (macOS Catalina and later), and that your devices are on the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
Q: Why can't I see my iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch in my iTunes/Finder sidebar?
A: In this case, you'll need to plug your device in first, then enable Wi-Fi sync.
Q: Why am I not seeing low battery notifications?
A: Make sure that notifications are enabled in System Preferences → Notifications, and your per-device notification setting is set to enabled in the Batteries app.
